The Decatur Theatre Became a Church Before Being Torn Down

The Decatur Theatre became a Church before being torn down during the MARTA constuction.
A little history lesson of Decatur GA.
Metropolitan Community Church
A Church that served Atlanta's LGBTQ+ Community which held services in an old movie theatre and that theatre was The Decatur Theatre at 527 N. McDonough St. in downtown Decatur.
From 1972 through 1976 and then moving to the Hilan Theatre located at 800 N. Highland Ave.NE in Atlanta.
The image here was taken from a 27 second clip , the clip never showed the entire theatre so I combined two screen shots of the top of theatre and bottom half of it.

And Special Thanks goes to Tommy Holcombe for finding this film clip so I could make this single image.
